✨ Comfy clothes and PJ’s are encouraged — I’ll probably be in mine too.
I mean… what’s the point of working from home if you can’t wear what you want?

You’re paying for the time — relax however you like.

Some clients chat non-stop, some sit quietly, some doom-scroll Instagram… all totally fine with me.

APPOINTMENT BASICS 💅

✨ BOOK ON THE HOUR PLEASE
Half-past slots reduce how many clients I can see.

✨ ARRIVE ON TIME
But I may occasionally run up to 20 minutes behind thanks to medication + ADHD/autism time blindness.

Upside? You’ll leave with nails so neat they’d look good under a microscope 🔬💅

✨ COME WITH AN IDEA
I allow 1 hour per client, so please bring inspiration pictures.

If you say “just do anything” my brain crashes… and you’ll probably get a French manicure 😂

✨ even a coffee packet because they liked the colours

Creativity can come from anywhere.

If you want anything more than French / Cat-Eye / minimal art, please message a few days before so I can:

Sometimes we need a bit of time to “faff about” and perfect the design.

CANCELLATIONS

✨ Less than 72 hours notice = £10 fee
✨ No shows must pay the missed appointment before rebooking.

SKIN TESTS and ALLERGIES

✨ Never had gel before? Message for a skin test.

✨ Even if you’ve had gel for years, allergies can appear suddenly.

If you ever get itching or redness, message me immediately and I’ll arrange a soak-off.

PRODUCTS / REPAIRS

✨ I sometimes switch brands depending on supplier stock, new brands I’m excited to try, or seasonal colour drops.

✨ Nail repair with extension: £2 per nail
✨ Fixes after 2 weeks: £5 per 15 mins

PEDICURES / RESTORATIONS 🦶

Just to be upfront — my pedicures are expensive. They’re not for everyone… but they are worth it.

Restorations are specialist work too, and as far as I’m aware there’s no one within about 50 miles offering the same service, which is why I have people travelling to me.

I even have a regular who comes from Newcastle, which still amazes me 😂

✨ Pedicures and restorations are not available to book online
✨ I only take one pedicure per day

This allows me to:

✨ check for fungal/diabetic concerns
✨ allocate the correct time
✨ work properly with your feet raised on a platform

Pedicures can take up to 2 hours depending on the condition of your feet.

And please don’t apologise for your feet — honestly they don’t bother me one bit.

PAYMENT 💵

Cash only please.

Card machines and booking apps charge high fees and I already pay for:

✨ booking software
✨ appointment reminders
✨ deposit processing

Keeping it cash helps protect my limited appointment slots without increasing prices.

I am fully insured and registered.

A LITTLE PERSONAL NOTE ❤️

I have autism, ADHD, four kids and multiple jobs, so occasionally I may need to move appointments.

I’ve known about my ADHD for years, but the medication is still fairly new, so I’m still adjusting.

Because of this I may:

✨ talk a lot
✨ or go very quiet

If I go quiet it just means I’m hyper-focused on making your nails perfect.

I chose this job for the flexibility, and I choose clients who understand that sometimes I may experience burnout and need to move you. On these days I shut down completely and cannot do nails safely.

Please don’t book nails the day before an important event if possible — allow two days buffer just in case.

My policy is simple:
“You scratch my back, I scratch yours.”
